“And remember… When you heal yourself, you heal others, and you also heal the world.”
— Oliver Niño, The Spiritual Activator
My Healing Approach
Most women who find me have already done the work.
They've been to therapy. They've read the books. They understand their attachment style, they can trace their patterns back to childhood, they know exactly why they do what they do.
And they're still doing it.
Still over-giving. Still over-functioning. Still losing themselves in relationships, in motherhood, in the relentless business of being everything to everyone. Still waiting to feel like themselves again.
If that's you, I want you to know something important. You are not failing at healing. You are working at the wrong level.
Why Understanding Isn't Enough
Patterns don't live in the conscious mind. They live deeper than that, in the nervous system, in the subconscious, in the energetic imprint of every experience that taught you it wasn't safe to take up space, to have needs, to be fully yourself.
This is why you can understand a pattern completely and still live it. The mind has caught up. The body hasn't. And until we work at the level where the pattern actually lives, awareness alone will only take you so far.
That's the gap my approach was built to close.
How My Approach Was Born
My foundation began in energy-based healing during my own journey through autoimmune diagnosis, relational betrayal, and divorce. I trained in Reiki I & II, Geo Love Healing (Level 1 & 2 Certified, Level 3 in progress), and The Emotion Code, and am currently completing my EME Coach certification. Through that work I saw firsthand how emotional charge and relational imprints stay stored in the body long after the event has passed, and how clearing that stored energy could shift things that years of conscious work hadn't touched.
But I also learned something important. Energy clearing without understanding the root of the pattern means the pattern finds a new shape. And mindset work without body-level release keeps women stuck in awareness without transformation. Neither alone was enough.
So my approach evolved into something that does both.
The final piece came from my own body. I'd done years of inner work, the therapy, the energy clearing, the mindset coaching, and I was still carrying something I couldn't name. It wasn't until I started working directly with my pelvic floor and womb space that I understood what my body had been holding all along. Stored tension. Chronic bracing. A nervous system that had completely forgotten what safe felt like.
Releasing at that level changed things in ways nothing else had. My digestion shifted. The need to control everything softened. And for the first time in as long as I could remember, I felt genuinely safe enough to just be myself.
That discovery is now woven into everything I do with my clients.
The Integration
My work brings together four layers that most approaches address separately, if at all.
Root-cause coaching. We don't just look at the symptoms of the pattern, we find where it actually started. The stories, the beliefs, the identities you took on that were never really yours. Understanding and shifting the root is what makes everything else land.
Energy healing. Clearing the emotional charge and energetic imprints stored in the body from past experiences, including the ones you've long since intellectually processed but that your system is still responding to.
Somatic and nervous system work. Teaching your body what safe actually feels like, not as a concept but as a felt, lived experience. Releasing the chronic tension and bracing patterns that have been running in the background for years.
Pelvic floor and womb space release. The deepest layer of stored tension in the female body. Where hypervigilance, self-abandonment and relational trauma often live long after everything else has been processed. Working here creates shifts that nothing else reaches.
Together these four layers create change that doesn't just make intellectual sense. It lands in the body as a completely different way of being.
What This Makes Possible
When we work at all four levels, something shifts that goes beyond the pattern itself.
Women stop bracing and start receiving. They stop performing okayness and start actually feeling it. They find themselves responding to situations differently without having to think about it, because the pattern has genuinely changed, not just been managed.
They start feeling at home in themselves, maybe for the first time.
That's not a byproduct of this work. That's the whole point of it.
