We’ll start with a gentle grounding and nervous-system calming practice so your body feels safe to release.Group Healing (25–45 minutes)
Once everyone is relaxed I will start the group healing.Integration & Closing (5–15 minutes)
We’ll anchor in new beliefs and energies, and I’ll share simple practices you can use after the call to keep feeling supported and regulated. I will also answer any questions anyone may have and welcome any shares if anyone feels called to do so!

After years of living in survival mode, navigating divorce, people-pleasing, anxious attachment, and autoimmune challenges, I realized that so much of what I was carrying wasn't actually mine—it was inherited beliefs, old survival patterns, and emotional weight I had never learned to let go of.
That journey led me to energy healing, and it completely changed the way I understood healing.
Today, I help people release the emotional and energetic weight they've been carrying, reconnect with their inner peace, and remember who they are beneath the fear, conditioning, and expectations.

Q: How long is the session?
A: About 60 minutes. I recommend giving yourself a little buffer afterwards to integrate and rest if you can.
Q: Do I have to share or talk on camera?
A: Nope. You’re welcome to keep your camera off and just receive. Sharing is always optional.
Q: Is this really free? What’s the catch?
A: Yes, it’s truly free. This is my way of serving my community and letting you experience my work. If you love it, I’ll share ways to go deeper together at the end, but there’s absolutely no pressure.
Q: What if I feel emotional during or after?
A: That’s completely normal. Energy work can bring things to the surface to be released. I’ll guide you through grounding and integration, and you’ll get a few simple tools to support yourself afterwards.
